Do you provide free consultations before we decide on a in-home care professional?

Our initial  assessment and consultations are completely free. We are happy to listen to your situation and accommodate your needs to provide you with a caring caregiver soon after the assessment.

What services are provided by the caregivers?

At Humanity Care Solutions caregivers assist with all that is needed to keep our clients comfortably at home these tasks can include:

*Socialization and life enrichment activities.

*Assistance with walking.

*Help getting up/standing.

*Assisting with Personal care and grooming.

*Light meal planning and preparation.

*Assistance with feeding

*transportation to and from appointments.

*Running errands such as groceries.

*Light housekeeping to sustain a safe environment.

*Medication reminders

What if I need to speak to someone while not on my scheduled hours?

We have a 24 hour on call service available for any assistance you might need. Useful for any help you might suddenly need while not on your schedule.

How quickly can we start service with Humanity Care Solutions?

Service can be started usually within 48 hours of the initial assessment, often even with in the same business day. We will set you up with a schedule and maintain consistency you need.

How often do I get billed for services?

We offer a weekly billing cycle as the most convenient billing method.

What happens when our caregiver cannot show up for their scheduled shift?

Whatever the reason may be. If your caregiver is unable to show up, we will make one available immediately. Your replacement caregiver will fill the shift until your normal caregiver can continue the scheduled shift.  This way you know that you will not be without the help you need.
